The VP of Sales will spearhead sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, driving revenue, and playing a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach across the healthcare landscape. This role offers autonomy, leadership, and the chance to work at the forefront of innovation in the healthcare technology sector.

This is an IC/New Business role with a clearly defined path to building and owning a sales function.


Key Responsibilities of the the VP of Sales will be:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with expertise in selling innovative Digital Health software into Hospitals, Provider Groups and ACO's
  • Exposure to Value Based Care will be mandatory for this role
  • Extensive experience selling at an Enterprise level with a highly consultative approach
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A willingness to travel as required.
