You will partner with sales to identify and resolve technical challenges, engage with diverse stakeholders, and ensure that customers achieve high-impact business outcomes. The Solutions Engineer will:

• Collaborate with Sales to address technical challenges in AI/ML initiatives
• Build strong relationships with technical users to drive AI success
• Plan and execute proof-of-value activities within customer environments
• Interface with the Product team to provide feedback and influence product evolution
• Engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences to demonstrate AI business value

Essential Skills:

• Experience in technical sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar role within a scaling tech firm
• Technical experience utilizing Python
• Ability to present technical solutions clearly to both technical and executive audiences, as well as implement with newly on-boarded clients 
• Knowledge of big data, cloud technologies, and AI delivery infrastructures
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset suited to a startup environment
