Sales Operations Manager
- Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 + bonus
- Location: Orlando, Florida – Hybrid
Our client, a leader in the FinTech industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the US Sales team, driving efficient growth and scaling as the team enters new markets and verticals.
The Sales Operations Manager will:
- Build and own territory and capacity plan models
- Design and administer team quotas and compensation plans
- Track and report on sales productivity, KPIs, and overall team performance
- Identify key areas for future growth from both product and revenue perspectives
- Assist the marketing and sales teams with ad-hoc revenue-generating tasks
- Own, build, and manage the sales technology stack with streamlined reporting and dashboarding
- Create and manage US budgets in collaboration
- Manage monthly and quarterly business revenues along with revenue forecasts
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field
- 3-5 years in sales strategy, finance, or consulting role within a pre-IPO or PE-backed software company or investment bank
- Proficiency in Salesforce (lightning/dashboard building, system infrastructure) and sales technology (ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Drift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Calendly)
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups)
