Product Lead

The Product Lead will oversee the creation and development of a cutting-edge blockchain from zero to one. This role is pivotal, offering the chance to define the vision and strategy, manage the entire product lifecycle, and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

The Product Lead will:

• Craft a strategic plan for the blockchain, aligning with market needs and company goals.
• Define product requirements and roadmaps, overseeing from concept through launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with tech leads to ensure high-performance, secure, and private blockchain architecture.
• Engage with technical teams, marketing, external partners, and the blockchain community to drive adoption.
• Conduct market research to guide product positioning and identify competitive advantages.

Essential Skills:

• 5-7+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Proven experience building a Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain and protocol.
• Familiarity with AI, distributed infrastructure, and blockchain technologies.
• Ability to work in a technical environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and visionary approach to product development.
