The Presales Team Leader will:
- Lead a high-performing team whilst actively engaging in presales activities
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to shape client visions and demonstrate the value of innovative SaaS solutions.
- Lead technical conversations, design tailored solutions, and showcase how cutting-edge platforms transform operations.
- Build ROI business cases and conduct engaging presentations for diverse stakeholders, from frontline teams to C-suite executives.
- Provide feedback to product teams, ensuring continuous improvement in meeting client needs.
- Support the creation of detailed RFI/RFP responses and security questionnaires.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience of directly managing a Solutions / Presales team
- Proven success in SaaS, supporting and closing strategic deals of $300k+ ACV.
- Selling to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to create impactful presentations and demonstrations.
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling organisations and industries with a significant frontline workforce.
- A solutions-driven mindset, eager to collaborate and innovate with both internal teams and clients.
