About the Role


We are seeking a driven and experienced Account/Customer Success Manager to join the growing team at our client. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of their customers by driving adoption, retention, and growth of their payment security solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and challenges, developing customized success plans to maximize value from our client's solutions.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and thorough understanding of our client's platform.
  • Deliver ongoing training and support to customers, empowering them to fully utilize our client's features.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the B2B SaaS, CCaaS or cyber security industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving high renewal rates.
  • Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices

  • Knowledge of PCI
  • Experience working with CCaaS partners
