Hi, my name is Sonia Atwal and I'm an Associate Vice President at 3Search. I'm responsible for growing our go-to-market recruitment offering across FinTech brands based in North America.
I support those in the FinTech sector on their growth journeys, with the recruitment of all roles in the GTM framework. This includes business critical roles across product, marketing and sales.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach.
