Hi, my name is Jason Goodwin, and I am a Principal Consultant at 3Search.
I partner with high-growth technology and service businesses across North America, recruiting senior product marketers from manager up to VP.
It’s one thing communicating with people about a product they already know and love, but it’s a completely different skillset to articulate a complex product, masterminding making product features appeal to the senses. It’s like learning a foreign language. Whether that be a brand-new payments startup or an innovative cyber security company, it’s so important to be able to deliver that message informatively and clearly, being a true expert in your specific field.

One of the reasons I love what I do is because of how pivotal a job can be to a person. Making career choices is a huge decision for people to make – quite literally life-changing. From my own personal experience, getting into recruitment changed my life for the better, so to be able to provide that opportunity and have that same impact on other people is an extremely rewarding feeling.
As cliché as this might sound, making a positive difference in people's lives is something that is very important to me, so I enjoy working with companies where their end goal is exactly that – creating something that is not only going to make a change but a transformative one.

Andrew is a fantastic recruiter who is highly effective and a pleasure to work with. Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach.
